Cabins will not be reserved until after deposit is received.
Event: This is a private event, only those passengers booked through fancruises with our agents will be admitted to the private concerts, parties, autograph signings or photo ops listed on the cruise events pages. You will be issued wristbands the day of each concert to gain entrance.
Cruise Rates: Once you are under deposit your cruise rates will not increase. Government taxes are subject to change and Cruise Line has the right to implement a fuel surcharge of $9 per person per day if the price of crude oil reaches $70+ per barrel.
Deposit & Final Payment: Deposits as indicated on each cruise page is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due on or before date decribed on cruise information page. Payments should be made over the phone using a major credit or debit card.
Performance Minimum: There is a minimum of 200 concert tickets to be purchased to hold the event with the performers. In the unlikely event that we do not sell 200 or more tickets by the deadline date, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full. (not applicable on all cruises, as not all cruises will be concerts)
Airfare: Please check on line for best rates. If you are arriving by air on the day of Embarkation, arrive at least 4 hours prior to departure time. If you are departing by air on the day of Disembarkation, schedule your return flight at least 4 hours AFTER return time to port.
Transfers: Transportation to or from your city of origin is NOT included in your price. If you need transfers we will be happy to assist you for an additional fee. If you want to include airfare in your cruise price, please call us and let us know at the time of booking.
Hotels:
If you would like hotel reservations before or after the cruise, please let us know. We can usually get better rates than those listed online and would be happy to assist you in making sure the hotel is close to Carnival's port.
Pre-Registration for Your Cruise: Once your cruise has been paid in full. You will receive a link and confirmation number to obtain your travel documents online. You are solely responsible for your online pre-registration as well as printing all your travel documents. If you need assistance or do not have access to print your documents, please let us know, no later than 15 days before departure and we can have your documents sent to you.
Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in your package price, please visit the cruise line website for recommendations and information on gratuities. We can add your gratuities ahead of time, but this must be requested when booking.
Proof of Citizenship / Identification: Cruise line requires guests to provide proper travel documentation in order to travel. The passport requirement does NOT apply to U.S. citizens traveling to or returning directly from a U.S. territory. Non-U.S Citizens must contact the appropriate Consulates, U.S. Embassy and U.S. Immigration office to inquire about necessary travel documentation. Carnival and fancruises.com assumes no responsibility for advising guests of Immigration requirements.
It is recommended that all guests travel with a valid passport during their cruise. This will enable guests to fly from the U.S. to meet their ship at the first port should they miss their scheduled embarkation and allow guests that must disembark the ship before their cruise ends due to an emergency to fly back to the U.S without significant delays and complications. It is also recommended that all guests travel with a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond completion of travel.
Age Requirements: While we encourage you to bring the entire family along for a wonderful fun-filled vacation, concerts and private events are 18 and older, no exceptions. Please take advantage of Cruise lines age appropriate kids clubs during concert times. Thank you!
Cancellation Penalties begin on date listed on cruise description page. All cancellations must be received in writing. Name changes or additions will be allowed at Cruise lines discretion and are subject to cancellation charges, change fees and rate increases. We reserve the right to cancel this event due to lack of participation in which case you will receive a full refund. Reservations will only be confirmed after payment is received.
